FeeFree™ Cash Discount Program

Our FeeFree™ Cash Discount program is a significant shift for the credit card industry.  Cash discount programs were ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in March of 2017 to be in compliance with the law.  Merchants in any market sector can establish cash discount programs for their clients. Settlement of the class action suit against Visa/MasterCard in 2011 resulted in the creation of numerous surcharge and cash discount programs.  They were not uniform in their structure, compliant with brand rules and regulations, and they were not uniformly legal in all 50 states.  In fact, the credit card companies have been resisting efforts by merchants and legislators to implement such programs since the 1970’s.  With the Supreme Court ruling, it is now legal to offer Zero Fee Cash Discounts in all 50 states.
